Website Image Manager
Choose a picture from your device or paste an image URL. Uploaded pictures are stored securely, and Save Changes publishes the selected picture across the website.

Add, remove, or update retailer buttons shown under “Want It Shipped.”
Ebook Delivery Files
Paste the private delivery link supplied by Google Drive, BookFunnel, Payhip, or your file host. These links are saved for connecting to the payment-success delivery step and are not displayed publicly on the bookstore page.
Payment Buttons
Paste your PayPal checkout link here. The cart will send buyers to PayPal to complete their purchase.
Product Catalog / Backend Pricing
Use this catalog for current books and future books. Prices entered here feed the cart on this website. Add the PayPal checkout link for each format.
Social Media & Podcast Links
Add Ken's public links here. The footer can show only the links that have a URL.
From the Desk Settings
Add a YouTube live stream, interview, podcast video, or featured video to the From the Desk page.
The antique typewriter image is built into the page. The YouTube field accepts regular YouTube, YouTube Live, Shorts, or embed links.
Cart Discount Codes
Discounts apply a percentage to the entire cart. Set an optional expiration date and hide a code without deleting it.
Coming Soon / Promotion
Use these fields to plan future site updates for upcoming books, appearances, and launch announcements.
Gallery Settings
Choose whether the future gallery rotates automatically or stays still. Add public photo URLs for the gallery page.
Newsletter Draft Builder
Write your newsletter like a simple email below. The "From the Desk" banner shown here is added automatically to the top of every newsletter.
This signature appears beneath Ken's picture and may be edited.
Each recipient receives one separate email. To send to specific people, check their box in the Subscriber Database table above (use the header checkbox to select everyone).

Backend / Subscriber Database
Paste the Google Apps Script Web App URL here after you deploy the Apps Script. This connects subscribers and newsletters to Ken's Google Sheet. Load the list to email everyone at once, check specific boxes to email only certain people, or unsubscribe/permanently delete an individual subscriber.

This admin is built into the static Netlify site. For a real multi-device author dashboard, these fields should later be connected to the Purelilly database.
